OGG Consulting provides a unique combination of in-house and senior level project management services for companies undertaking a major transaction.
We work in-house for 2-12 months to provide transaction support for management teams and act as a key point of liaison with the team of advisers.
Roles undertaken typically include:
· Project management of process – co-ordinating deliverables across all workstreams
· Working with internal team – to deliver information and address advisers’ requirements
· Investor relations & equity story – positioning, preparation, interim IR
· Preparation work – prospectus, presentations, due diligence, FPP, working capital
· Liaison with external advisers – banks, lawyers, accountants, PR, governance, head hunters etc
· Sounding board for management – what to expect/market practice
· Review of readiness
